Stealing Your Vote

Oct

It appears that the Republican party is trying to suppress votes for minorities, students  and other voters that tend to lead democratic by enforcing the Help America Vote Act (HAVA). Please read this article in Rolling Stone. http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/story/23638322/block_the_vote.

Remember the right to vote is one of our most valuable constitutional rights as American Citizens. Do not let the GOP succeed. Let us make the voting process accountable and fair for everyone. I have already voted, and on election day I will be at the polls monitoring the election process and making sure every vote is counted.

Sarah Palin Dumb as A Door Knob

Oct
21

They just showed another interview she did today on CBS (I am sure it will be uploaded to youtube shortly) A 3rd grader wrote in a question to her “What does the vice president do?” She stated that not only is it the VP’s role to be a team member and team mate of the president ( I guess she’s reflecting back to the days of being captain of her high school basket ball team) but the role is also being “in charge” (yes she said “in charge”) of the US Senate so if they want to they can really  get in there in the Senate and  make “policy changes” (yes she said “POLICY CHANGES”. )

This woman obviously doesn’t understand the constitutional responsibilities of the Vice President of the United States which is to preside over the senate, cast a tie breaking vote if there is a deadlock in the Senate, and to succeed the president if they are unable to serve. I doubt she has read the constitution, that’s if she is capable of reading.

Just when I think she can’t look even more stupid. I guess I should say her idiocy never ceases to amaze me but amazingly it always does. This woman has no business being a heart beat away from the presidency. If McCain wins I pray he lives out his term.

It’s still not too late for McCain to pick Huckabee or Romney!

In all seriousness can this woman really be put in a position to be a heart beat away from the most powerful office in the world. This really scares I mean she may be great looking but that is no reason to elect her to the 2nd highest office in the land. It would not have been as bad if McCain had have picked someone else like Mitt Romney, Mike Huckabee or if he was bent on getting a female I am sure there are a lot of highly qualified republican women that would have made a nice addition to the ticket.

But please, not Palin.
